Operating Principle:
The twin-screw power mixing machine is equipped with low-speed stirring components and high-speed dispersing components. The low-speed stirring components utilize planetary gear transmission, allowing the agitator blades to rotate both in a circular motion and self-rotate, enabling the material to move up, down, and around, achieving ideal mixing results in a shorter time. The high-speed dispersing components rotate in unison with the planetary frame while also rotating at high speed, subjecting the material to intense shearing and dispersion mixing, which is several times more effective than conventional mixers. The dispersing components are available in single and double dispersing shafts, with JinChangTai able to select according to customer requirements. The two double-box agitators rotate and self-rotate simultaneously within the drum, enabling vacuum extraction, heating, cooling, and speed adjustment as needed. Multiple drums can be operated with a single machine. It is compatible with press feeders for easier discharge.
