The Vacuum High-Intensity Disperser is suitable for homogenizing, agitating, polymerizing, sulfonating, dispersing, dissolving, and conditioning processes of multi-component solid-liquid and liquid-liquid phase materials required in the food or chemical industry. Particularly suitable for producing paste materials with viscosities ranging from 10,000CP to 4,000,000CP, such as silicone sealant, structural silicone, silicone sealant, and electronic sealant.

Vacuum High-Intensity Disperser Application Range:
The Vacuum High-Speed Disperser is used for homogeneous mixing, polymerization reactions, vulcanization, sulfonation, dispersion, dissolution, and conditioning processes of multi-component solid-liquid and liquid-liquid phase materials. It is particularly suitable for producing paste materials with a viscosity range of 10,000CP to 3,000,000CP. The QF series High-Speed Disperser is mainly used for producing silicone sealants, structural silicones, neutral glass adhesives, neutral fungistatic adhesives, neutral weather-resistant adhesives, vulcanized silicone rubber, battery pastes, and more.
Vacuum High Power Disperser Structural Features:
A high-efficient, multi-functional, and forced stirrer, the powerful disperser typically employs the lifting and lowering of the frame, cylinder cover, and impeller blades, as well as the movement of the material cylinder.
2. The powerful disperser is composed of three motors. The middle motor drives the "mountain" type scraping edge and bottom mechanism through a reducer, while the two high-speed motors on the sides are directly connected to the high-speed dispersing disc. High-speed motors are typically equipped with a variable-frequency drive to adjust speed, catering to the process requirements of various products.
3. High-performance dispersers are typically made with thick steel plates and special sealing structures to accommodate vacuum and pressure applications.
4. High-powered dispersers are typically equipped with multiple removable material tanks, which are usually designed with jacketed structures for heating or cooling purposes.
5. The powerful disperser is usually paired with the YLJ series hydraulic extruder to extrude paste materials.
