The kneading section consists of the cylinder body, shaft, wall plate, cylinder cover, etc. The hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to control two small cylinders and two large cylinders, to accomplish the opening and closing of the large cover and the function of flipping and stirring the kneading cylinder. The system design pressure is 7.0 Mpa. The electrical control system includes manual and automatic control systems, which can be freely selected and required by the user, offering convenient and reliable operation. The transmission system is composed of an electric motor, a reducer, and gears, and is matched with the motor according to the kneading machine model. During the transmission process, the motor's synchronous speed can be transmitted through an elastic coupling to the reducer, where the output device drives the thick slurry to reach the specified speed. Alternatively, the speed can also be adjusted by a variable-frequency inverter.

The kneading section consists of the cylinder body, paddle shaft, wall plate, cylinder cover, etc. The hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to control two small cylinders and two large cylinders, enabling the opening and closing of the large cover and the turning of the kneading cylinder. The system is designed for a pressure of 7.0 Mpa. The electrical control system features manual and automatic options, allowing users to choose as desired for ease and reliability of operation. The transmission system is composed of an electric motor, reducer, and gears, matched with the motor according to the kneading machine model. During the transmission process, the motor's synchronous speed can be transmitted through a flexible coupling to the reducer, then to the output device to drive the thickener to reach the specified speed, or the speed can be adjusted using a variable-frequency inverter.
Preparation for Test Run
Cleaning: After the machine is installed, remove the rust-proof oil and clean the impurities inside the mixing tank, keeping the area around the machine clean.
Adjustment: Before trial operation, the tension of the triangle belt must be checked. If adjustment is needed, first loosen the motor guide rail.
Bolts, move the motor, adjust it moderately, and then tighten the bolts.
