Description

The DYFJ-H1600 valve testing bench is the fourth-generation pressure testing and inspection equipment independently developed by Duojia Hydraulics Co., Ltd., based on years of production experience and in accordance with national standards and specifications.

The DYFJ-H1600 type valve testing bench integrates mechanical and electrical, hydraulic systems, pressure testing, and storage and recycling of liquid mediums into one unit, featuring complete functions, stable performance, and high automation. It is widely used for sealing surface leakage testing of various high, medium, and low-pressure valves with nominal diameters of 300-1600mm, as well as for performance tests such as shell strength (sand holes). Test media: water, gas, oil.

The equipment is driven by hydraulic power and controlled by electricity, with no additional external forces affecting the valve testing results. This greatly enhances work efficiency and reduces labor intensity, making it the ideal new generation valve pressure testing equipment for valve manufacturing enterprises, users, and maintenance units.


DYFJ-H1600 Type Valve Test Bench Working Principle and Structure

The DYFJ-H1600 type valve test bench operates by positioning the valve flange and clamping the back of the flange with a live paw. It ensures no external force affecting the test results during valve testing, adhering to the national standard requirements for valve testing.

Equipment is broadly categorized into hydraulic pressure supply systems, electrical control systems, water circulation systems, and various operational devices.

The equipment is a clamp-type design, with each side of the workbench sealed with a blind flange. The hydraulic gripper features axial extension and radial movement, directly driven by a hydraulic cylinder, ensuring uniform force on the valve sealing surface for reliable clamping. During the test of the butterfly valve, the sealing performance can be directly observed, facilitating the inspection of gas-tightness tests and the observation of the valve sealing surface. It boasts excellent performance and a simple, compact structure.

Operation Instructions

Valve Mounting Method

Select a valve with a nominal bore that matches the equipment model, turn on the power, and start the hydraulic system. Move the hydraulic actuating clamp radially outward beyond the outer diameter of the test valve flange. Extend the actuating clamp axially beyond the valve length. Place the lower flange of the valve against the test bench blind plate, aligning with the center opening. Move the radial clamp close to the valve flange, and the axial clamp to ensure the clamp is flush with the valve flange face. At this point, the valve is securely held by the clamping system, ensuring it will not vibrate.

During the strength test of the valve body, the other end of the valve to be tested is tightly sealed against the upper pressure blind plate, aligned with the center opening. Radially move the clamp jaws close to the valve flange, and axially move the clamp jaws to ensure they tightly adhere to the back of the valve pressure blind plate. At this moment, the valve should be securely held by the clamping system and be in a stable condition overall.

2. Water Pressure Testing Methods (Bi-directional Water Inflow and Drainage)

After the valve clamp is installed, refer to the "Clamping Cylinder Pressure Reference Table" to increase the hydraulic clamp's gripping force to the required pressure. Adjust the electrical contact pressure gauge (for example, for a 25 kg valve, adjust the gauge pointer to 2.5 MPa). Open the main inlet, left, and right inlet valves, close the air intake, drain, and vent valves. Start the low-pressure water pump, observe the movement of the water pressure gauge pointer. When the pointer stops rising, it indicates that the valve cavity is fully filled with water. Start the high-pressure water pump; the pump will automatically stop when the water pressure reaches the set pressure on the electrical contact pressure gauge. The equipment then enters the water pressure holding state.

Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, the valve shows no issues. It is advisable to first open the water discharge valve to relieve the pressure inside the valve chamber before removing the valve.

3. Pressure Testing Methods (Bi-directional Intake, Venting)

The equipment does not come with a gas source. The user must provide a separate gas source. Please consult the manufacturer before using high-pressure gases.

After the valve fixture is completed (for example, using pressure air, generally not exceeding 10 kg), open the water and air intake valves, and close the water and air release valves. Close the water and air intake valves when the pressure gauge reaches the highest pressure, and the equipment is in a pressure maintenance state.

Upon reaching the pressure-holding time, there are no issues with the valve. First, open the vent valve to release the pressure inside the valve chamber, then remove the valve.


Handling Instructions and Requirements

1. Align the equipment horizontally during installation or secure the anchor groove steel with concrete.

2. Use 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil (use anti-freeze 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil below 0℃), ensuring the oil level is not below the indicator. Regularly check the oil level and hydraulic oil. After one year of use, clean the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil.

3. Add anti-rust powder to the recirculating water, and replace the water promptly when the water quality degrades.

4. The equipment worktop should be kept clean, and there should be no debris between the test valve flange and the pressure test blank.

5. Add lubricant to all moving parts of the test bench to ensure clean and smooth operation.

6. Operators must undergo professional training before starting work, adhere to standardized procedures, and prioritize safety.
