Features
Chemical resistancePTFE boasts excellent chemical resistance, maintaining stability in most acids, bases, and organic solvents.
High-Temperature StabilityPTFE boasts excellent stability at high temperatures, withstanding up to 260°C, and in some modified products, its temperature resistance can range from -180°C to +280°C.
Low friction coefficientPTFE boasts low surface tension and coefficient of friction, making it excel in wear resistance and self-lubrication.
High insulation propertiesPTFE is an excellent insulating material with high insulation properties, offering dielectric strength up to 10 kV/mm.
Weather-resistantPTFE materials exhibit excellent aging resistance and maintain stable performance over long-term use.
Non-toxicPTFE is biocompatible, non-toxic, and odorless, making it suitable for use in medical and food industries.
Processing and Shaping
PTFE four-way insulators are commonly manufactured through the sintering molding process. This process offers high processing efficiency, high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality, and excellent mechanical properties, making it ideal for mass production. During the molding process, strict control over the molding temperature is necessary, with the mold heated to ensure the quality of the finished product. Additionally, the final product can be obtained through secondary processing methods such as extrusion, turning, and welding.
