Speedi-Cure® polyurethane grouting materials are used for waterstop and leakage prevention in various building facilities, as well as for waterstop and cavity filling in various underground projects, such as sealing leakage points in underground structures, managing water inflow in tunnels, and filling underground cavities and goaf areas.
Speedi-Pack® polyurethane grouting materials are all pre-fabricated in our factory and undergo a series of stringent tests before being released, including density (tested according to GB/T 8077-2012 standards), viscosity (tested according to GB/T 2794-2013 standards), setting time (tested according to JC/T 2041-2020 standards), volatile content (tested according to GB/T 16777-2018 standards), foaming rate (tested according to JC/T 2041-2020 standards), and compressive strength (tested according to JC/T 2041-2020 standards); customers also have the option to visit our AnYue New Materials production base to oversee the entire production and testing process.

Stable use for over 50 years
Polyurethane grouting material, when injected into stratums or cracks and voids in structures, undergoes a rapid expansion upon reacting with water, effectively plugging the leakage pathways. The foam itself is impermeable to water, thereby achieving effective water堵水堵水. Simultaneously, the expansion pressure aids in compacting and consolidating loose soil, which is beneficial for soil stability. The polyurethane material can adjust the viscosity and setting time of the grouting material according to the on-site environment, ensuring optimal performance. The performance of polyurethane grouting materials allows for a wide range of viscosity adjustments, accommodating various soil permeability coefficients. Low-viscosity slurry effectively penetrates foundation gaps and micropores, thus sealing even small leakage channels. After forming a solid mass with the rock and soil matrix, the compressive and shear strengths of polyurethane grouting materials are high, and their mechanical properties change minimally under conditions such as groundwater environments, wet and dry cycles, and freeze-thaw changes. General chemical grouting materials form hydrophilic solid masses upon reaction with groundwater, containing more free water, resulting in lower strength and susceptibility to deterioration due to freeze-thaw cycles and other environmental changes. In contrast, Speedi-Set® polyurethane grouting materials form hydrophobic solid masses upon reaction with water, with almost no internal water, making them unaffected by wet and dry conditions, freeze-thaw cycles, and shrinkage due to water loss, thus preventing re-leakage after water sealing. In underground environments, the foam formed by polyurethane after reaction is stable and can be used reliably for over 50 years.
Installation and construction will not affect the surrounding environment.
High-pressure grouting sealing utilizes a high-pressure grouting machine to inject polyurethane material into the backside of a leaking structure. The polyurethane slurry permeates and diffuses through cracks and capillary channels, reacting with the water within the cracks and holes, rapidly foaming and expanding. The expanded foam fills the cracks and voids quickly, and as the foam itself is waterproof, this achieves the goal of stopping water leakage.
Basic construction steps for grouting leakage plugging and reinforcement technology are as follows:
Construction Process: Arrival - Leak Point Analysis - Drilling Grouting Holes - Installation of Injection (or Grouting Pipe) - High-Pressure Grouting - Cutting (or Removing) Grouting - Treatment of Grouting Heads with Polymer Cement.
Speedi-Plug H is a single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane material that reacts quickly with water, foams, and expands, primarily used for sealing cracks in structures with significant water leak blocking effectiveness.
SpeedyPak GT350 is a one-component, hydrophilic, low-viscosity polyurethane grouting material based on MDI. After being injected into cracks or pores, it reacts rapidly with water to foam and expand, forming an elastic foam that achieves a waterproofing effect. It is suitable for stopping water in cracks, pores, expansion joints, and other structures.
SpeedyPak HF300 is a single-component, low-viscosity, water-reactive closed-cell polyurethane waterproofing resin. It is solvent-free and phthalate-free, primarily used for water gushing control and cavity filling.
Speedi-Cure H40 is a single-component, hydrophobic polyurethane material that reacts with water, primarily used for soil stabilization and reinforcement of sandy soil strata.
