Product Introduction
JHPK-BPT1 Fully Automatic High-Pressure Spray System, suitable for spraying various materials such as two-component polyurea, polyurethane foam, polyurethane resin, resin, elastomers, etc. Widely used in industries such as truck trailer linings, container vehicle linings, loading and unloading carriages, pickup truck bed frames, petrochemicals, pipeline anti-corrosion, tank bodies, vibrating screens, spiral separators, marine buoys, and anti-corrosion for potable and wastewater pipelines.
Application of polyurea coating for pickup truck bed corrosion protection.
Section 1: Application of Polyurethane in the Bathroom Industry
Most domestic shower basins and bathtubs are commonly made by heat forming acrylic panels, then reinforced with hand-laid or mechanically sprayed resin and glass fiber. In contrast, bathtubs using JHPK-BPT1 polyurethane spray can be directly sprayed after the acrylic panel is heat formed.
Spray-on, stop-on-demand; the spray operation can be interrupted during the application period as needed, further rationalizing material application. Excellent thermal and sound insulation properties.
Utilizing polyurethane material technology, robots automatically spray, and a finished product is produced in 3-7 minutes. After spraying, it cures naturally without the need for a curing oven like traditional resin fiberglass processes.
Polyurethane composite spray technology can be used without cleaning solvents, significantly reducing maintenance; it not only lowers production costs but also greatly facilitates the use of exhaust systems during the production process. Moreover, it avoids long and energy-intensive curing temperature control processes.
The JHPK-BPT1 spray system can also be configured with three or four-component versions, featuring a mixing head that ensures uniform spraying and reliable process performance according to individual requirements.
Ensure efficient production with low cost and low energy consumption, without the need for expensive curing and drying processes, and without contact with any toxic gases, dust, or fibers during production.
Tub, rigid polyurethane foam insulation
Applications of rigid polyurethane spray预制direct-burial pipes.
Primarily divided into several processes: polyethylene wrapping, polyurethane resin wrapping, and unsaturated resin wrapping.
As urban centralized heating and cooling markets mature, the production technology of adjustable thickness polyurethane and polyethylene insulated pipes becomes increasingly important. "Rigid polyurethane spray-coated polyethylene wrapped pre-insulated buried pipes" consist of spray-applied polyurethane insulation and extruded polyethylene sheath. The thickness of the insulation and the sheath can be adjusted within a range as needed during production.
Product Features:
Polyurethane insulation density, thermal conductivity, compressive strength, and other core indicators show uniformity and consistency, ensuring good product consistency.
Polyurethane thermal insulation layer has free foaming forming bubbles oriented perpendicular to the pipe material's axial direction, which improves the compressive strength of the insulation layer.
Sprayed polyurethane raw materials have high reactivity and superior bonding strength compared to other processes. They can reduce costs by 20% to 30% compared to traditional processes (two-step method).
Foam polyurethane insulation coating does not require supports, pipe threading machines, or unsupported platforms.
Easy installation, improves pipeline insulation, reduces corrosion and damage rate.
