Boiler dust collectors feature the following characteristics:
1. Flue gas desulfurization is achieved through multi-stage separation and dehydration by washing. The design incorporates a rotary washing device, which is set up to allow the flue gas to move from bottom to top in the multi-stage separator. As the flue gas enters the washing tower from the bottom, the liquid is broken down, producing droplets and mist that mix with the gas as it rises. This process increases the dust's weight and adhesion, allowing the sulfur dioxide gas to thoroughly contact and neutralize with the alkaline washing solution.
2. Utilizing a cylindrical body with an internal vertical cylinder, the upper section features a rotating multi-blade inertial separation device that is both individually distinct and tightly interconnected. This not only allows the liquid droplets separated from the gas to be dispersed again on the round basin's liquid surface, but also converts the rotating gas flow into a multi-port rotating separation. It can both disperse the gas to multiple sides and combine with the liquid on the guide plates, and also effectively scatter the liquid droplets produced in the second stage into the gas.
3. The working area, composed of the inner cylinder, encompasses a circular dewatering drum. The drum, located at the bottom of the working area, undergoes washing, water-vapor mixing, ascending, multiple centrifugal separation for gas-liquid separation, and the re-generation of droplets. After separation, the gas containing a small amount of liquid droplets enters the dewatering space and is subjected to low-flow centrifugal separation from bottom to top. Both the inside and outside of the tower are made of granite material. Consequently, the tower is aesthetically pleasing, strong, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and airtight as well as watertight.

Boiler bag dust collector: The flue gas enters the Venturi through the inlet duct, where it is uniformly sprayed with water at the throat entrance. Due to the movement of the flue gas, the water sprayed in is atomized into a fine mist, which wetts the ash particles in the gas. This causes the ash particles to collide and coalesce with water droplets, especially for fine ash particles. This achieves preliminary dust removal and desulfurization, fully preparing for the separation of the ash. The flue gas, which rapidly cools down after entering the cylinder, continues to impact the lime slurry in the pool. The dust and SO2 in the flue gas react with the lime slurry in the pool to form sulfates, which then sink to the bottom under the influence of inertia, gravity, adhesion, and cohesion, completing the desulfurization process. The water droplets and mist raised by the flue gas are separated from the cleaned flue gas under the attraction of the fan. The gas and water are elevated simultaneously, allowing the flue gas and lime slurry to react fully. Then, the gas-water separation is carried out by the impeller dewatering device: the gas and water are separated, the water flows into the pool through the drain pipe, and the flue gas completes the third round of dust removal and desulfurization. The purified gas is then discharged into the atmosphere through the fan.
