A single-machine dedusting equipment is a compact dust collector with high dedusting efficiency. The basic structure of this series consists of three components: a fan, a filter, and a dust collector, all installed within a vertical frame, steel shell, baked paint for rust prevention, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance, scientific structure, and ease of use. During operation, it employs a pulse-jet cleaning method, offering excellent cleaning results, high purification efficiency, minimal maintenance workload, and operational advantages. The single-machine dedusting equipment is used for dust purification in non-fibrous industrial dusts in metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemicals, mining, and other industrial enterprises.
Operating Principle:
Dust-laden gas enters the enclosure and is filtered through a flat bag filter. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the purified gas passes through the filter bag into the fan, which then draws it in and directly exhausts it into the room (or can be connected to exhaust outside).
As the filtration time increases, the dust accumulating on the outer surface of the filter bags also grows, resulting in increased resistance within the bags, which in turn affects the dust removal efficiency. To address this, an automatic dust-cleaning mechanism is employed for timed vibration cleaning, or a manual dust-cleaning mechanism automatically vibrates for several seconds after shutdown, causing the dust stuck to the outer surface of the filter bags to fall off and into the dust collection container (drawer), where it is manually removed and cleaned.
The standalone dust removal equipment is widely used in industries such as foundry, ceramics, glass, refractory materials, cement construction materials, abrasive manufacturing, chemical products, and machine processing for dust collection. This product is particularly effective for heavier metal chips and foundry sands used in lathe, grinder, milling machine, abrasive wheel machine, and polishing machines, as well as for dust of medium density like cement, ceramic powder, plaster powder, asbestos powder, carbon powder, pigments, bakelite powder, and plastic powder.
