Filter Bag Dust Collector Composition: The filter bag dust collector is composed of the inlet duct, exhaust duct, housing, ash hopper, cleaning device, filter bags, and electrical control unit.
The filter cartridges in a baghouse dust collector are crucial in the dust removal equipment. They can be vertically arranged on the box body ceiling or tilted on the ceiling, secured with bolts and rubber pads. The lower section forms the filter chamber, while the upper section is the clean air chamber. Besides being bolted, a more convenient method is to use an automatic locking device and rubber components, both of which are very convenient for installation and maintenance.
Baghouse Dust Collector Working Principle:
Dust-laden gas enters the filter cylinder dust collector, where the sudden expansion of the airflow at the end and the action of the airflow distribution plate cause larger particles to settle into the ash hopper under the force of gravity and inertia. Fine particles with low density enter the filter chamber, where they are deposited on the filter material surface through a combination of Brownian diffusion and fiber interception. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber and is exhausted through the outlet by the fan. The resistance of the filter cylinder dust collector increases with the accumulation of dust on the surface, and when the resistance reaches a set value, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve opens, compressed air from the gas chamber is uniformly introduced into the filter cylinder through the Venturi tube, creating a momentary positive pressure inside the cylinder, resulting in a significant vibration that causes the accumulated dust on the filter material to fall off and into the ash hopper. The collected dust is then discharged into the ash drum through the ash discharge valve.
Baghouse Dust Collector Performance Features:
(1) Utilizes advanced submerged flow layout and inclined filter tube structure, ensuring excellent dust removal performance during operation.
(2) High purification efficiency, achieving over 99.9% efficiency for dust particles above sub-micron size; low operating resistance, effectively saving energy consumption of the dust removal system.
(3) The dust inlet is equipped with a dust shield, which serves as a cushion and wear-resistant feature, preventing direct high-speed impact of dust particles on the filter cartridge, thereby extending the service life of the filter cartridge.
(4) The 15-degree inclined drawer-style installation of the filter cartridge allows for easier replacement and reduces the need for internal moving parts in the dust collector, minimizing maintenance work. For general dust, the filter cartridge can be used long-term without replacement, eliminating the cumbersome task of frequently washing filter bags in conventional bag dust collectors, and saving a significant amount of maintenance costs.
(5) Modular assembly available, with customizable sizes. Can expand existing setups by adding dust removal units without significant alterations to the original equipment.
