Centrifugal concentration is a unique process for concentrating or drying biological (non-biological) samples by evaporating solvents. The samples processed through centrifugal concentration are conveniently used for a variety of qualitative and quantitative analyses in chemistry, biochemical analysis, bioanalysis, immunoscreening, and instrumental analysis. The LNG product series integrate centrifugation, vacuum extraction, and heating to effectively evaporate multiple solvents, meeting laboratory requirements.

• Centrifugation: Generates 200-500×g of centrifugal force to prevent boiling over and sample loss. The dried solute settles at the bottom of the container, facilitating complete quantitative recovery.

• Vacuum Pumping: Accelerates solvent evaporation in SpeedVacConcentratorDuring the evaporation process, the sample is always kept in an environment below room temperature, which prevents partial inactivation of heat-sensitive samples. Additionally, the vacuum state prevents oxidation of the sample.

• Heat: Accelerates the evaporation rate of the sample. Heat is required to compensate for the loss during evaporation. Without external heat, the solution will freeze during concentration. SpeedVac utilizes both built-in and external radiant heating techniques, which are effective methods for transferring heat to the sample under high vacuum conditions. It also features a soft braking function to prevent sample resuspension.

• Cold Trap: The cold trap effectively captures and deposits most solvent vapors harmful to vacuum pumps, providing effective protection for high vacuum oil pumps.Vacuum ControllerBy extending the retention time of solvent vapor in the cold trap, increasing the condensation ratio of the solvent, preventing the leakage of volatile solvents, and extending the lifespan of the oil pump.
