Hydraulic bending machines consist of a bracket, a worktable, and a clamping plate. The worktable is mounted on the bracket and is composed of a base and a pressure plate. The base is connected to the clamping plate via a hinge, and it is made up of a housing, a coil, and a cover plate. The coil is placed inside the housing's depression, which is covered by the cover plate. During operation, the coil is energized through wires, creating an attractive force on the pressure plate, thereby holding the thin plate between the pressure plate and the base. The electromagnetic clamping allows the pressure plate to be shaped for various workpiece requirements and enables processing of workpieces with side walls.
