ZD Type Damping Spring Damper Characteristics:
A variety of vibrations and noises affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and reduce the accuracy of machinery and equipment, especially causing interference to the use of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration itself can also damage the machinery, shortening its lifespan. Therefore, isolating vibration using elastic elements and preventing the transmission of vibration is an ideal method to eliminate vibration, protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.
Our factory's damper design incorporates the characteristics of steel spring dampers, overcoming the phenomenon of resonance when the damping ratio is low. It can protect the isolation efficiency from decreasing when the damping ratio is raised to 0.15-0.18 (with a higher damping ratio of 0.085). Therefore, our damper, with the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring dampers, achieves vibration isolation at high, medium, and low interference frequencies, while also possessing the high damping ratio characteristic of rubber dampers. It can eliminate the unique resonance phenomenon of steel springs, thus ensuring there is no excitation (amplitude A=0.01mm) during the start to stop of the equipment, with a stopping time of 1.6 seconds. After installing the damper, the equipment can quickly bypass the resonance zone during start-up and shutdown without swaying, providing vibration isolation efficiency ≥85%. This damper does not require a large concrete foundation, can bear the total weight of the equipment, and can be installed on the ground, floors, and platforms without the need for anchor bolts, significantly reducing the installation time. It is a simple, speed-appropriate, economically reasonable multi-functional universal damper with damping springs.
Our vibration dampers are equipped with 60Si2Mn spring steel springs, which offer advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
