ZD Series Damping Spring Damper Features:
A variety of vibration and noise can affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and reduce the accuracy of machinery and equipment, especially causing interference in the use of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration itself can also damage the machine, shortening its service life. Therefore, isolating vibration with elastic elements and preventing its transmission is an ideal method to eliminate vibration and protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.
Our vibration isolator design incorporates the characteristics of steel spring isolators, overcoming the resonance phenomenon that occurs when the damping ratio is low. It ensures that the isolation rate does not decrease when the damping ratio is raised to 0.15-0.18 (for higher damping ratios of 0.085). Consequently, our isolator boasts the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring isolators, providing vibration isolation for both high and low interference frequencies, while also featuring the high damping ratio of rubber isolators. This eliminates the resonance phenomenon specific to steel springs, thus ensuring no vibration (amplitude A=0.01mm) during equipment startup and shutdown, with a shutdown time of 1.6 seconds. After the installation of the isolator, the equipment can quickly traverse the resonance zone during startup and shutdown, maintaining balance without swinging, with an isolation efficiency of ≥85%. This isolator eliminates the need for a large concrete foundation, can support the total weight of the equipment, and can be installed on the ground, floors, and platforms. It can also be mounted without ground bolts, significantly reducing the equipment installation time. It is a simple, appropriately fast, and economically reasonable multi-functional universal damping spring suspension isolator.
Our vibration dampers are made with 60Si2Mn spring steel, offering advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large load-bearing capacity, and long service life.
