Characteristics of ZD type damping spring shock absorber:
A variety of vibrations and noises can affect the surrounding environment, harm human health, damage buildings, and decrease the precision of machinery and equipment, especially causing interference in the use of valuable instruments. Moreover, the vibration itself can cause damage to the machinery, shortening its service life. Therefore, using elastic elements to isolate vibrations and prevent their transmission is an ideal method to eliminate vibrations and protect the environment, buildings, machinery, and equipment.
Our vibration dampers are designed to incorporate the characteristics of steel spring dampers, overcoming the phenomenon of resonance that occurs when the damping ratio is low. They can protect against a decrease in isolation efficiency when the damping ratio is increased to 0.15-0.18 (for higher damping ratios, 0.085). As a result, our dampers possess the low-frequency characteristics of steel spring dampers, providing isolation for high, medium, and low-frequency disturbances while also having the high damping ratio characteristic of rubber dampers. This eliminates the resonance phenomenon specific to steel springs, ensuring that there is no excitation (amplitude A=0.01mm) during the transition from driving to parking, with a parking time of 1.6 seconds. After installing the dampers, the equipment can quickly pass over the resonance zone during start-up and shutdown, maintaining balance without swaying. The isolation efficiency is ≥85%, allowing the dampers to bear the total weight of the equipment without the need for a large concrete base. They can be installed on the ground, floors, or platforms, and do not require anchor bolts for fixation, significantly reducing the installation time. This is a simple, speed-appropriate, and economically rational multi-functional universal type of damping spring hanger damper.
Our shock absorbers are made with 60Si2Mn spring steel, offering advantages such as fatigue resistance, high strength, large bearing capacity, and long service life.
