Control System: PLC control with a touch screen human-machine interface, equipped with a high-definition TV monitor. Drive System: Servo drive, using imported components for synchronous belts, and imported bearings in critical areas. Tension System: Equipped with tension unwinding system, constant tension control, and material storage mechanism, as well as a material correction system. This constant tension system ensures stable material collection at full speed, reduces the impact on material tension, and minimizes downtime. Safety System: Safety guards and emergency stop switches, safety signs are installed on the operating surface. The rear drive is equipped with a safety pull cord, and high-frequency fans use soundproofing or noise reduction devices. Material Correction System: BST corrector (optional).
