Production Line Configuration: - Product Specifications (Production Size): As per customer's requirements. - Product Structure: Toilet paper, cotton core (SAP blended) or absorbent paper, top non-woven fabric, side non-woven fabric (three-layer), guide layer non-woven fabric (blue chip), bottom film, back release paper, combined release paper, small package film. Control System: PLC control with a touch screen human-machine interface, equipped with a high-definition TV monitor. Drive System: Servo drive, using imported parts for synchronous belts, and imported bearings at critical locations. Tension System: Equipped with tension unwinding system, constant tension control, and material storage mechanism, as well as material correction system. This constant tension system ensures stable material collection at full speed, reduces the impact on material tension, and minimizes downtime. Safety System: Safety guards are installed on the operating surface, equipped with emergency stop switches and safety signs. The rear drive is fitted with a safety pull cord, and high-frequency fans use soundproofing or noise reduction devices. Material Correction System: BST corrector (optional).
