Control System (co*ol System): PLC control with a touch screen human-machine interface, equipped with a high-definition TV monitor. Drive System: Whole machine drive uses servo transmission to ensure line speed accuracy and digital numbering; front waist sticker and bottom film use servo positioning cutting to ensure pattern and phase consistency. Tension System: Equipped with tension unwinding system, constant tension control, and material storage mechanism, material bias correction system. This constant tension system ensures stable feeding at full speed, reduces the impact on material tension, and minimizes downtime. Safety System: The operating surface is equipped with safety protection devices, emergency stop switches, and safety signs.
