Product Features:

With good tensile strength, low elongation, impact resistance, and tear resistance. The product can be categorized as PVC molded (plastic surface), PVG (with rubber surface added on PVC base), and whole-core flame-retardant tape. Complies with MT/914-2002 standard.

This product boasts features such as wear-resistant, flame-retardant core belts, anti-static, waterproof, high strength, excellent safety performance, and lower cost and cheaper prices compared to other flame-retardant conveyor belts. It is one of the more commonly used and popular flame-retardant conveyor belt types both domestically and internationally, particularly suitable for underground conveying environments with gentle slopes, such as coal mines.

Product Structure:

This product is made by using an integral core as the frame material, which is then plasticized after being soaked and coated with PVC material that possesses good antistatic and flame-retardant properties.

Flame Retardant Properties:

Roller Friction: Roller surface temperature not exceeding 325°C

Burner flame duration: The average flame time for full-thickness specimens is not more than 3.0S, and the average time for removing the coating layer is not more than 5.0S.

Surface Resistance Value: Average of top and bottom surfaces not greater than 3.0×10
