Reasons for the machine producing accidental electric shocks

6.3V control circuit's copper strip insulation is damaged upon contact with the car's electrode or small plug board. The installation distance between the contact points is too close, or the bolts for thin strip contacts are too low, nearly touching the lower press roller shaft. There may also be a damaged insulator at some point, losing its insulating function and causing a short circuit. Due to an unintentional cleaning operation, the wire connected to the 6.3V control circuit was accidentally broken on the copper strip, resulting in all process contact points on the car losing power and failing to release. When encountering an unintentional short circuit on the cotton-filling machine, it should be linked to investigate the cause of the unintentional contact at the car's tail draw roller automatic stop device and the car's rear unrolling automatic stop device, and cannot be ruled out.
