Daily Maintenance Methods for Cotton Filling Machines

The cotton filling machine, also known as the filling machine, is a device that injects materials like PP cotton into the shells of plush toys, sofa cushions, pillows, or pillow cores. Do not open any covers on the machine while it is in operation. Clean the cotton buildup on the machine chains and gears weekly and apply lubricant. Remove the residual cotton inside the machine every ten days; when doing so, turn off all power switches to the machine, use a stick to clear the cotton fibers from the outlet at the rear of the machine, and do not use your hands. In case of cotton blockage at the cotton output of the cotton loosener, clear it by following the above method. At the end of each workday, clean the machine to maintain a good working environment and disconnect the power supply.
