Machine Maintenance and Safety Care

1. Absolutely no opening of the machine covers during operation. 2. Regularly clean the cotton buildup on the machine chains and gears weekly, and add lubricating oil. 3. Clean the residual cotton inside the machine every ten days. When doing so, turn off all power switches and use a stick to remove the cotton fibers from the outlet at the back of the machine; do not use your hands. 4. In case of a cotton blockage at the cotton outlet of the cotton loosener, stop the machine and clear it using the method described in point 3. 5. At the end of each workday, clean the machine, maintain a good working environment, and disconnect the power supply.
