This control system is developed and designed based on a microcontroller with a second-generation ARM Cortex-M3 core. It features a high-performance, low-power 32-bit microprocessor with an operating frequency up to 120MHz, outperforming 16-bit and 12MHz microcontrollers. It boasts large flash memory, large SRAM, abundant IO port resources, and other peripheral components. The highly integrated measurement and control system offers better real-time performance, faster speed, and higher stability.
This control system utilizes a 24-bit AD chip with error-free data based on Σ-Δ technology, featuring advanced PID control algorithms for smooth and reliable operation, as well as secure and reliable data.
