Hoist crane

Hoist crane lifting equipment brief description:
A crane hoist is a gantry crane used in bridge construction, primarily for lifting precast beams from the casting platform to the storage position, and then transporting them to the transport vehicle after the beams are cured. It can also be used for constructing low-embankment dry bridges and for assembling and disassembling bridge erection machinery.
Key Features & Advantages:
- High lifting capacity: When two cranes work together to lift precast beams, each typically has a lifting capacity of 450 tons. When a single crane is equipped with dual lifting devices for lifting precast beams, the lifting capacity usually reaches 900 tons.
Low operating speed: Low speed of lifting and operating mechanisms to improve the positioning accuracy of prefabricated beams and reduce impact on the crane structure.
- Large interior space: The crane's interior is spacious enough to accommodate the hoisting of precast beams and the assembly of bridge-building machinery.
Easier for disassembly and transportation: The main steel structure, while meeting the requirements for strength, rigidity, and stability, is designed for easy disassembly and transportation. The components are connected with pin shafts and high-strength bolts, facilitating both assembly and shipping.
