Currently, there are two international certification standards for anti-terrorism roadblocks: one is the British PAS 68 certification; the other is the U.S. Department of State (DOS) security certification. The test involves impacting a 7.5-ton truck at 80 km/h, which is stopped in place, with the roadblock (bollard, barrier) functioning normally.
