Primarily used in specific locations and institutions such as banks, embassies, airport VIP lanes, and schools. Also includes civilian equipment with lower impact resistance, mainly used in sports stadiums, villas, and pedestrian streets.
Currently, there are two international certification standards for anti-terrorism roadblocks: one is the British PAS 68 certification; the other is the U.S. Department of State (DOS) security certification. The test involves a 7.5-ton truck impacting at 80 km/h, which is successfully stopped in place, with the roadblock (bollards, road spikes) functioning normally.
