Operating Principle:
Limit Height Hydraulic Cylinder - The hydraulic cylinder is a hydraulic actuator that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, performing linear reciprocating (or oscillating) motion; it has a simple structure and reliable operation; used to achieve reciprocating motion.
Eliminates the need for a deceleration device and has no transmission clearance, ensuring smooth movement, which is why it is widely used in the hydraulic systems of lifting and lowering guardrails. The transmission principle of the guardrail hydraulic cylinder: Uses oil fluid as the working medium, transferring motion through the change in sealed volume, and transmitting power through the internal pressure of the oil fluid. The power section converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy (hydraulic energy) of the oil fluid.
The execution section converts the hydraulic pressure energy of the hydraulic pump input into mechanical energy to drive the working mechanism; the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor control section is used to control and regulate the pressure, flow rate, and flow direction of the oil; pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves.
