FTS Ceiling Curtain System
The FTS Canopy Blind System (FTS: Fabric Tension System) utilizes the fabric tensioning system designed by the French SOMFY company. It is powered by a reel fabric motor and a reel rope motor (both of the same model and specialized for the purpose) that are coordinated through the FTS control box. The system connects the shading fabric (capable of withstanding certain tension) to the load bar and reel rope, enabling the retraction and unfolding of the fabric. Regardless of stopping at the fully unfolded, fully retracted, or any intermediate position, the system maintains a consistent tension, ensuring the fabric and rope remain straight throughout the process.
The working principle of the FTS canopy blind system is as follows (curtain operation):
Static: The built-in clamps of the two motors securely grip the motor shafts, maintaining tension within the system, with the fabric and rope in a straight, flat condition.
Operation: During the unfolding of the FTS canopy curtain system, both motor clamps are released simultaneously and rotate in the same direction. By adjusting the dynamic tension control knob within the FTS control box, the system maintains a consistent tension during operation.
Stop: Upon stopping, the FTS canopy curtain system halts the rotation of both motors, and the clamping band re-engages to secure the motor shaft.
Reversing to Rest: The rope winding motor remains stationary, while the fabric motor's clamping band is loosened and reversed to the set static tension, after which the band tightens around the fabric motor's shaft. The operation principle of the curtain retracting action is the same.

The FTS Sky Shade System, composed of motors and an electronic control box, maintains the fabric surface taut, can be connected to automatic control devices, and can be controlled by switches or remote control.
