Ceiling curtain overview
Electric ceiling curtains are primarily used in electric sunshade systems for skylights, which can be categorized according to their operating principles into roller-type ceiling curtains, folding-type ceiling curtains, and blade-reversing ceiling curtains, among others. Roller-type and folding-type electric ceiling curtains usually use textiles with varying light transmission rates for shading. Blade-reversing sunshade systems typically employ vertical blades or roller blinds, controlling the proportion of sunlight entering the room through blade reversal to achieve shading effects. The four main types include FCS ceiling curtains, FSS ceiling curtains, FTS ceiling curtains, and folding-type ceiling curtains.
FCS Ceiling Shades
1. Available in sizes up to 35 square meters, a one-draw-two or one-draw-three mechanism can be used when the width exceeds 3.5 meters.
2. Ideal for producing large-scale collapsible canopies, offering high cost-performance ratio and stable, reliable performance.
3. Control Methods: Wireless Remote Control, Infrared Remote Control, Manual Control, and Smart Control.
4. Suitable for large sunshade curtains in public places and other expansive areas.
FSS Ceiling Shades
Each system utilizes one 50 series tubular motor and a spring system.
2. The fabric is coiled on a reel at one end equipped with springs. Upon opening, tension is supplied by the reel at the other end, which is fitted with a tubular motor.
3. The system operates in a standalone mode and can be designed as a slanting, curved, or trapezoidal ceiling curtain.
4. The system is 6 meters in length and has a single-panel area of 12 square meters.
5. Control Methods: Radio remote control, infrared remote control, manual control, and intelligent control, capable of individual, group, or mass control.
6. Sunshade systems suitable for medium and small buildings.
FTS Ceiling Shade
Each system utilizes two identical FTS tubular motors.
2. The system operates in a single-opening mode and can be configured as an arched ceiling curtain system. The system's travel distance is 12 meters, with a single panel area of 50 square meters.
3. During long system travel, typically use track or steel wire rope guidance.
4. Control Methods: Wireless remote control, infrared remote control, manual control, and intelligent control with wind, light, rain, etc., capable of group control and subgroup control.
5. Suitable for outdoor and indoor sun shading systems for large buildings.
Collapsible棚帘
1. Available in flat or arched ceiling curtains.
2. Wire belt drive, covering an area of 25 square meters.
3. Control Methods: Wireless Remote Control, Manual Control, and Smart Control
4. Suitable for manufacturing large-area collapsible canopies in a wavy design.
Electric double-track ceiling shade
The electric dual-track folding ceiling blind is a shading system fixed on the top or slanted side glass frame of an indoor skylight, allowing for retraction and extension, known as the dual-track sliding system.
It can be straight or curved. Depending on the architectural features of the building, we opt for a straight dual-track ceiling curtain. It provides both sunshade functionality and maintains the architectural style. Each ceiling curtain consists of two guide tracks, left and right, which are activated by a motor. The belt is driven, and the fabric is pulled through an elastic tensioning shaft in the middle to achieve sunshade.
Electric dual-track folding roof shades are suitable for large shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and other large skylight ceilings. They can also be used in high-end residential sunrooms, greenhouses, glass balconies, and other places to adjust sunshade, maintain suitable indoor temperature, avoid strong light radiation, and improve light transmittance effect.
Manual dual-track folding ceiling blind
Manual double-track folding canopy system is the ideal choice for construction projects.
The manual ceiling curtain features a unique guide-bearing side track, which can be bent to any architectural curve, achieving seamless integration with the building. The manual drive mechanism allows for adjustable direction, catering to a wide range of operational needs. The system comes in both simple and luxury versions, offering various artistic sunshade effects to meet different requirements. It is suitable for side-hanging, suspended, and in-frame installations. The system incorporates a manual limit function, which prevents operation once it reaches the predetermined position.
