R Series Bevel Gearbox: The R series bevel gear reducer is a hard tooth bevel gear reducer, with all gears made of 20CrMnTi material, treated with carburization, achieving a tooth surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After grinding, the accuracy reaches 6 levels to ensure the reliability and low noise of the reducer. The main transmission parts are equipped with imported bearings, and the sealing rings use Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torques from 20N.M to 14800N.M, and speed ratios from 1.6 to 264 (when paired with a 4-pole motor). It can be configured for 1-step transmission (transmission efficiency up to 98%), 2-step transmission (transmission efficiency up to 96%), or 3-step transmission (transmission efficiency up to 94%). Pairing with a 6-pole or 8-pole motor can achieve even lower output speeds. For lower output speeds, a dual-reduction combination can be used, providing a lower speed ratio. Variable speed can be achieved by adding a continuously variable transmission on the input end. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid shafts, hollow shafts (or customized), allowing installation at various orientations and angles, and can be used for both forward and reverse. The reducer can be paired with various types of motors (standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable-frequency motors, braking motors, etc.).
