All gear materials are made of 20CrMnTi, treated with carburization, with a surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the accuracy can reach 6 levels. Special attention is given to the worm after precision carburization, ensuring a contact area of over 75% on the gear surface to guarantee product reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts of the reducer use imported bearings, and sealing parts are selected from Taiwan's skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M. The speed ratio can be from 15 to 390 (with a 4-pole motor), and lower output speeds can be achieved with 6 or 8-pole motors. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a lower speed ratio (over 10,000). An infinitely variable speed drive can be added to the input end for further speed variation requirements. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with self-locking function. Output shafts are available in solid, hollow (or non-standard), and can be installed and used in different orientations and angles, supporting forward and reverse operation. Additionally, various types of motors can be matched, including standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, and brake motors. The S series helical-worm gear reducer is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, and more.
