Gear materials are all made of 20CrMnTi, treated with carburization, with the gear surface hardness reaching 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the accuracy can reach 6 levels. Particularly, after precision carburization, the worm shaft is ground to achieve over 75% gear surface contact, ensuring product reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts of the reducer use imported bearings, and the sealing parts use Taiwan's frame oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque up to 60N.M to 10200N.M. The speed ratio can be from 15 to 390 (with a 4-pole motor); with a 6-pole or 8-pole motor, a lower output speed can be achieved. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a lower speed ratio (over 10,000). This can be further adjusted with a variable speed drive on the input end. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with self-locking function. The output shaft is available in solid shaft, hollow shaft (or custom made), and can be installed and used in different directions and angles, allowing for forward and reverse operation. Additionally, various types of motors can be matched (standard motor, single-phase motor, explosion-proof motor, variable-frequency motor, braking motor, etc.). The S series bevel-gear worm gear reducer is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, etc.
