The R Series Helical Gearbox is a hard tooth helical gearbox, with all gears made of 20CrMnTi material, carbonitrided for surface hardness of 58-62HRC, and precision up to 6 grades after gear grinding to ensure reliability and low noise. The main drive components use imported bearings, and sealing components are Taiwan's skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque from 20N.M to 14800N.M, speed ratios from 1.6 to 264 (with a 4-pole motor), available in single, double, and triple reduction (efficiency up to 98%, 96%, and 94% respectively). Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6-pole or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a two-stage reduction configuration can be used, offering a wide speed range. Variable speed can be achieved by adding a CVT (Continuous Variable Transmission) at the input. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid and hollow shafts (or customized), suitable for installation in various orientations and angles, and can be used in both forward and reverse directions. The gearbox is compatible with various types of motors (standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable frequency, braking motors, etc.).
