R Series Helical Gear Reducers are hard tooth helical gear reducers, with all gears made of 20CrMnTi steel, carbonitrided for surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the precision reaches 6 levels, ensuring the reliability and low noise of the reducer. The main transmission parts use imported bearings, and sealing parts are Taiwanese frame oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque from 20N.M to 14800N.M. The speed ratio can be from 1.6 to 264 (with a 4-pole motor), and it can be divided into single, double, or triple stage transmissions, with efficiency reaching 98%, 96%, and 94% respectively. Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6 or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a double-stage reducer combination can be used, providing a wide speed range. Variable speed is further achievable by adding an infinitely variable speed drive at the input. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid and hollow shafts (or custom made) available for installation in various orientations and angles, and capable of both forward and reverse operation. The R Series reducers can be paired with various types of motors (standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable-frequency, braking motors, etc.). They are widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging equipment, multi-level parking equipment, environmental protection equipment, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, iron and steel power equipment, etc. (These products have been adopted in the market to replace cycloidal pinion reducers to meet higher requirements.)
