R Series Helical Gearbox Reducers are hard tooth helical gear reducers, with all gears made of 20CrMnTi material, carbonitrided for hardness up to 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, precision reaches 6 levels, ensuring reliability and low noise for the reducer. The main transmission parts use imported bearings, and sealing parts are Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque from 20N.M to 14800N.M. The speed ratio ranges from 1.6 to 264 (with a 4-pole motor), available in single, double, or triple stage transmissions (efficiency up to 98%, 96%, and 94% respectively). Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6-pole or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a wide speed ratio. An infinitely variable speed drive can be added to the input end for further speed variation options. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with solid and hollow shafts (or custom made), allowing installation in various orientations and angles, and capable of forward and reverse operation.
