The R series helical gear reducer is a hard tooth helical gear reducer. All gears are made of 20CrMnTi material, treated with carburization, achieving a surface hardness of 58-62HRC. After gear grinding, the accuracy can reach 6 levels, ensuring the reliability and low noise of the reducer. The main transmission parts of the reducer use imported bearings.

Sealed with Taiwan's skeleton oil seals, the power range is from 0.09KW to 160KW, with output torque reaching 20N.M to 14,800N.M. The speed ratio can be from 1.6 to 264 (with a 4-pole motor), and it can be divided into one-stage transmission (transmission efficiency up to 98%), two-stage transmission (transmission efficiency up to 96%), and three-stage transmission (transmission efficiency up to 94%). Lower output speeds can be achieved by pairing with a 6-pole or 8-pole motor; for even lower speeds, a double-stage reducer can be used, offering a lower output speed (speed ratio over 10,000).

Above, by adding a stepless variable speed drive at the input, variable speed requirements can be met. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with output shafts available in solid, hollow (or custom-made), allowing installation and use in various orientations and angles, and capable of both forward and reverse operation. The reducer can be paired with different types of motors (standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable frequency motors, braking motors, etc.).
