S Series Bevel Gear-Worm Gearbox - This hard tooth surface bevel gear-worm gearbox features gears made of 20CrMnTi, carbonitrided for surface hardness of 58-62HRC.

After gear grinding, the precision can reach 6 levels. Particularly for worm gears, grinding after precision finishing and carburization ensures that the tooth surface contact exceeds 75%, guaranteeing product reliability and low noise.

The main transmission parts of our reducers are equipped with imported bearings, while the sealing parts use Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, and the output torque can reach from 60N.M to 10200N.M.

Gear ratio ranges from 15-390 (with 4-pole motor), lower output speed can be achieved with 6-pole or 8-pole motors; for even lower output speed, a two-stage reduction unit can be used, offering a wide speed range (over 10,000 gear ratios).

Above, by installing a stepless speed variator at the input end, the variable speed requirement can be achieved. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with an automatic locking function, and the output shafts are available in solid shafts, hollow shafts (or custom made).

Can be installed and used in various directions and angles, and can operate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
