After gear grinding, precision reaches 6 levels. Special attention is given to the worm shaft, which is ground after precision heat treatment and carbonitriding to ensure over 75% contact surface area, guaranteeing product reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts of the reducer use imported bearings, and sealing parts are Taiwan's skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M. The speed ratio ranges from 15 to 390 (with a 4-pole motor), and lower output speeds can be achieved with 6 or 8-pole motors. For even lower output speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a lower speed ratio. Variable speed can be achieved by adding a stepless speed change unit at the input.
