S Series Helical Gear-Worm Gearbox - The hard tooth helical gear-worm gear reducer features gears made of 20CrMnTi, carbonitrided for hardness up to 58-62HRC, and precision up to 6th grade after grinding. Special attention is given to the worm's surface grinding post-carbonitriding to ensure over 75% contact surface, guaranteeing product reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts are equipped with imported bearings, and sealing elements use Taiwanese frame oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M, and speed ratios from 15 to 390 (with 4-pole motors). Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6-pole or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a speed ratio of over 10,000. Variable speed is possible when coupled with a stepless speed variator. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with self-locking capabilities. Output shafts are available in solid and hollow designs (or custom made), suitable for installation in various orientations and angles, and can be used in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. Additionally, various motor types can be paired, including standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable-frequency, and braking motors. The S Series Helical Gear-Worm Gearbox is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, and iron and steel power equipment.
