S Series Helical Gear-Worm Gearbox - The hard tooth helical gear-worm gear reducer features gears made of 20CrMnTi, carbonitrided for surface hardness of 58-62HRC, and precision up to 6th grade after grinding. Special attention is given to the worm for grinding after precision hardening, ensuring 75%+ contact surface for reliability and low noise. The main transmission parts of the reducer use imported bearings, and sealing parts are Taiwan skeleton oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M, and speed ratio from 15 to 390 (with 4-pole motor). Lower output speeds can be achieved with 6-pole or 8-pole motors. For even lower speeds, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, offering a lower speed ratio (over 10,000). An infinitely variable speed drive can be added to the input end for further speed variation. The output types include vertical and horizontal, with self-locking function. Output shafts are available in solid and hollow (or non-standard custom made), allowing installation and use in various orientations and angles, and can be used in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. Additionally, various types of motors can be matched, including standard motors, single-phase motors, explosion-proof motors, variable-frequency motors, and braking motors. The S Series Helical Gear-Worm Gearbox is widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging machinery, multi-story parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, and iron and steel power equipment.
