S Series Bevel Gear-Worm Gear Reducers - These reducers are made of hardened bevel gears and worm gears, with all gears made from 20CrMnTi material, carbonitrided for hardness of 58-62HRC. The tooth accuracy after grinding reaches 6 levels. Special attention is given to the worm gear, which is ground after precision carburizing to ensure a 75%+ contact area, guaranteeing product reliability and low noise. The main drive components of the reducer use imported bearings, and sealing elements are Taiwan frame oil seals. The power range is from 0.09KW to 55KW, with output torque from 60N.M to 10200N.M. The speed ratio can be from 15 to 390 (with 4-pole motors); with 6-pole or 8-pole motors, lower output speeds can be achieved. For even lower speeds, a two-stage reduction combination can be used, providing a speed ratio of over ten thousand. Variable speed is further achievable when coupled with a variable speed drive on the input end. The output types include vertical and horizontal configurations, featuring an automatic locking function. Output shafts are available in solid, hollow, or custom designs, allowing installation in various orientations and angles for both forward and reverse operation. Additionally, various motor types are available for customization, including standard, single-phase, explosion-proof, variable frequency, and brake motors. The S Series Bevel Gear-Worm Gear Reducers are widely used in food and grain machinery, printing and packaging equipment, multi-level parking equipment, environmental protection machinery, conveying equipment, chemical equipment, metallurgical and mining equipment, and steel and power equipment.
