After gear grinding, the precision can reach 6 levels, especially for high-speed bevel gears and cone gears, where grinding is performed after precision machining and carburization, achieving over 75% gear surface contact to ensure product reliability and low noise.

Reducer gears feature imported bearings in the main transmission parts, with sealing rings made of Taiwanese skeleton oil seals. The power ratings range from 0.09KW to 220KW, and the output torque can reach from 120N.M to 42,000N.M.

Speed ratio ranges from 8-190 (with a 4-pole motor), lower output speed can be achieved with a 6-pole or 8-pole motor; for even lower output speed, a two-stage reducer combination can be used, providing a lower output speed (over 10,000 speed ratios).

Above, by adding a stepless variable speed drive at the input, variable speed requirements can be met. Output types include vertical and horizontal, with output shafts available in solid, hollow (or custom made), and can be installed and used in various orientations and angles, allowing for both forward and reverse operation.
