Totally oil-free design; guide rings, piston rings, and piston rod packing are all made of self-lubricating materials, ensuring 100% oil-free lubrication. The bearing components are lubricated with high-temperature-resistant grease, which does not come into contact with the compressed medium, thus avoiding contamination of the gas during compression and ensuring gas purity. Compressors are available in single-stage or multi-stage configurations based on actual gas usage; structural types include single-cylinder, double-cylinder, triple-cylinder, quadruple-cylinder, and combined multi-cylinder designs; cooling methods are either air-cooled or water-cooled.

Microcomputer controller operation with high compressor discharge temperature, low intake pressure, and high exhaust pressure alarm shutdown functions. High level of automation with stable and reliable compressor operation. Data-driven remote display and control can be configured according to customer requirements.
