Product Description/Description
Ceramic fiber modules and collapsible blocks are manufactured from long fiber spunbonded needle-punched felt of corresponding ceramic fiber material. They are processed on specialized machinery according to the fiber component structure and dimensions. During the manufacturing process, a consistent compression ratio is maintained to ensure that after the ceramic fiber module wall lining is completed, the modules expand in different directions, compressing against each other to form a seamless whole. The ceramic fiber modules can be directly fastened to the anchoring bolts on the industrial furnace shell steel plates using various types of anchoring devices.
Product Features/Characteristics
The application of ceramic fiber modules extends beyond kilns, offering the following benefits to users:
1. Various types of anchoring hardware on the module's back allow for installation in both parallel and mosaic folding mat styles. After untying, they will press together in different directions without any gaps.
2. Elastic fiber mats can withstand mechanical forces, and their flexibility can compensate for the deformation of the furnace shell, ensuring no gaps between components.
3. Due to its lightweight nature, it absorbs very little heat as an insulating material, offering high energy-saving effects due to its low thermal conductivity.
4. Resists any thermal shock
5. The liner does not require drying or maintenance, so it can be put into use immediately after installation.
6. The anchoring system is positioned away from the hot surfaces of the components, keeping the metal anchors at a relatively lower temperature, thereby enhancing the safety of the anchors.
