High strength and low elongation
No long-term creepAs reinforcing material, glass fiber grid has the ability to resist deformation under long-term loads, i.e., creep resistance, which is very important. Glass fiber does not creep, ensuring the product maintains its performance over a long period.
High-temperature stabilityThe melting point of glass fiber grid is above 1000°C, and it is unaffected by hot-mixed asphalt concrete at 160°C.
Good compatibility with asphalt blendsThe material coated on the glass fiber grid in the post-treatment process is designed for asphalt mixtures, with each fiber thoroughly coated, offering high compatibility with asphalt. This ensures that the glass fiber grid will not isolate from the asphalt mixture within the asphalt layer, but will instead be firmly bonded together.
Physical and chemical stabilityCoated with a special post-treatment agent, the glass fiber grid can withstand various physical wear, chemical erosion, biological erosion, and climatic changes, ensuring its performance remains unaffected.
