This thermoplastic product base material, combined with modified resins, mixed solvents, and anti-aging agents, forms a one-component geotextile membrane adhesive. The adhesive is primarily used for bonding PE/HDPE/PP/PVC geotextile membranes. Geotextile is a new synthetic material for geotechnical use, referred to as the "fourth building material" after steel, concrete, and wood. Geotextiles are widely used in developed countries in engineering projects such as water conservation, transportation, agriculture, seepage prevention, and environmental pollution control, saving water resources, preventing water leakage, seepage, and environmental pollution. Appearance: black solid; Peel Strength (2h) ≥ 4.0 kN·m^-1 (or membrane break); Shear Strength (2h) ≥ 0.4 MPa (or membrane break); Construction Temperature: -10℃ to 70℃; Product Lifespan: 50 years or more; Storage Period: 30 years or more; Packaging Volume: 35CM x 25CM x 25CM; Packaging Weight: 20KG. Instructions for Use of Geotextile Composite Adhesive: 1. This product has an elastic black thermomelt solid with stable molecular structure characteristics. 2. Prior to use, the product must be thermally melted, and it can be brushed on when the solid turns into a liquid. 3. The heating temperature should be above 160 degrees, and it can be directly placed in a metal container for open flame heating (natural gas, liquefied gas, electric furnace). 4. Stop heating when the product is fully melted to prevent overheating, which may affect the bonding effect. 5. Both brushing and pouring are suitable for this product, with better performance when it can be stretched. 6. After brushing the joint, press the composite surface until it cools.
