Material Level Detector Overview
The helical chute blockage detector is mounted on the side wall of the chute. When a blockage occurs inside the chute, the accumulated material contacts the blades, causing the motor to stop. An internal switch then outputs a set of signals. After troubleshooting, the motor operates normally.
Structural Features
This detector is made of aluminum alloy casting, featuring high strength and light weight; it can be easily checked and maintained without removing the entire piece from the chute wall; the machine is equipped with imported limit switches, which are sensitive and highly reliable; its compact size facilitates installation.
Utilize and Install
Installed on the vertical side walls of the chute not directly impacted by material; the product can be divided into sets of two, the installation height is determined according to the user's needs, generally, it is advisable to install it two-thirds of the way up from the bottom of the chute.
This unit can also be used in pairs, with one installed on the side wall of the chute at one-third the relative height from the bottom for light blockage detection. It is used to receive signals from the vibration device, which starts to vibrate upon receiving a blockage signal from the chute. The other is installed two-thirds of the way down the bottom for heavy blockage detection, outputting a shutdown signal when a blockage is detected.
Please reinforce the protective panel above the blades when necessary.
