Input the layout information from the disk into the Braille embosser. The embosser is equipped with double-layered metal plates. Once the machine is turned on, it stamps out raised dots on the plates according to the position of the Braille dots, creating Braille printing plates.
Section 7: Printing
The double-convex metal printing plates are fixed on the two cylinders of the round-to-round printing machine, aligned with the gauges, and the reel paper is installed. Once the machine is started, the paperboard passes through the plates, is pressed by the cylinders, and raised braille dots form on the paperboard.
