
Model Introduction
The Deep series 900-ton pressure model has a higher pressure than the High series 600-ton pressure model. This is because the 600-ton pressure model was insufficient under certain extreme and stringent conditions. Technical engineers have further developed and increased the pressure to launch the 900-ton pressure model, achieving a very satisfactory pressure effect.
●The target customer groups for our heavy-duty die-cutting machines are divided into two parts. One group has specific needs for increased machine pressure, such as customers who die-cut thick paper like grey board, hard materials like PVC and PET, products with many puzzle pieces and intricate cutting lines, and so on. The other group consists of customers looking for high-quality machines, with a focus on quality and material processing, who seek durable and long-lasting equipment. We have provided a better option for this segment of customers.

●The aircraft components are produced using machining centers, ensuring high precision. They are made of special steel materials, capable of withstanding high-pressure loads and demonstrating excellent durability.
● The upgraded configuration features an electrically controlled roller shutter automatic non-stop paper collection function, which is faster than manual operation.
● The hot stamping system utilizes an intelligent temperature control mode, ensuring even and rapid heating, with precise temperature control to enhance the stability of the hot stamping effect.
● Full computer烫印gold foil stepping control system, premium servo control, electro-phosphorescent foil feeding and unwinding synchronization, constant tension, and more accurate transmission stepping.
● Enhanced configuration options include selectable foil collection methods: outer collection with roller and inner collection with winding. The inner collection is more convenient, as the longitudinal foil feeding device can be fully pulled out for ease of operation. It features an automatic aluminum foil pressure device to prevent scratching of the aluminum foil.
