35CrMo thick-walled seamless steel tubes (alloy hardened steel) unified numerical code: A30352 Standard: GB/T3077-2015
35CrMo thick-walled seamless steel pipe strength characteristics
35CrMo alloy structural steel features high static strength, impact toughness, and a high fatigue limit. Its hardenability is higher than that of 40Cr, and it exhibits high creep and tensile strength at high temperatures, with a long-term working temperature of up to 500°C. It has moderate plasticity during cold deformation and poor weldability. At temperatures down to -110°C, it boasts high static strength, impact toughness, and fatigue strength, good hardenability, no tendency to overheat, minimal quenching deformation, moderate plasticity during cold deformation, average machinability, but with a type of temper brittleness. Weldability is poor, and preheating to 150-400°C is required before welding, followed by heat treatment to relieve stress. It is typically used after case hardening treatment, and can also be used after high-frequency surface hardening or hardening followed by low and medium temperature tempering. Wu Steel production standards: GB/T11251-2009, Wu Steel enterprise standards; delivery conditions: normalized or normalized + tempered, case hardened.
35CrMo thick-walled seamless steel tube for manufacturing use
Key components used in the manufacturing of various machines capable of withstanding impact, bending, and high loads, such as roller mill bevel gears, crankshafts, hammer rods, connecting rods, fasteners, turbine engine main shafts, axle shafts, engine transmission parts, large motor shafts, perforators in petroleum machinery, bolts for boilers with operating temperatures below 400°C, nuts below 510°C, and high-pressure seamless thick-walled pipes (temperature range of 450~500°C, non-corrosive medium) in chemical machinery; also suitable as a substitute for 40CrNi for manufacturing high-load drive shafts, turbine engine rotors, large-section gears, and support shafts (diameter less than 500MM) and various equipment materials, pipes, welding materials, etc.
Critical structural components for operation under high loads, such as transmission parts for vehicles and engines; turbines, main shafts, heavy-duty transmission shafts, and large-section parts.
